TIG Welder u2013 Stainless Steel Highu2011Precision Fabrication Day Shift Climateu2011Controlled Shop About the Role We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to fabricate highu2011precision stainless steel containment systems (gloveboxes and isolators) used in nuclear, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology environments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, xu2011ray quality welds , and the ability to fabricate complex assemblies from detailed blueprints. Youu2019ll join a small, highly skilled team producing missionu2011critical equipment where quality, safety, and craftsmanship are nonu2011negotiable. What Youu2019ll Do + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to achieve consistent xu2011ray quality welds + Fabricate complex containment systems such as gloveboxes and isolators + Read and interpret advanced blueprints, GD&T, and fabrication drawings + Fit, weld, and finish components to tight tolerances + Maintain strict quality standards required for nuclear, pharma, and biotech applications + Work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to troubleshoot and refine builds + Maintain a clean, organized, and safetyu2011focused work area What Weu2019re Looking For Required Qualifications + 5+ years of TIG welding experience + 3+ years of stainless steel TIG welding + Proven ability to produce xu2011ray quality welds + Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills + Experience working on complex, highu2011tolerance assemblies Preferred Qualifications + ASME Section IX and/or AWS certifications (or willingness to obtain) + Background fabricating equipment for nuclear, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries + Experience working in highu2011cleanliness or regulated environments Schedule & Perks + Work Schedule: + Mondayu2013Thursday: 6:00 a.m. u2013 3:30 p.m. + Friday: 6:00 a.m. u2013 10:00 a.m. + Climateu2011controlled shop + Small, skilled team with a strong craftsmanship culture + Paid Time Off + Bonus potential + Paid welding certifications Why Work Here? + Work on highu2011impact, precisionu2011critical equipment + Consistent daytime schedule with early Friday finish + Supportive environment invested in skill growth and certification + Take pride in producing welds and assemblies that meet the highest industry standards Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Westminster, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr. - Half day every Friday- Generous Annual bonus program- Annual merit raises- 3 weeks of accrued PTO Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Westminster,CO.
