Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to support the design, operation, and continuous improvement of critical utility systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for commercial and industrial HVAC infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and energy efficiency in support of GMP manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in HVAC systems, a reliability focused mindset, and experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated facilities. Key Responsibilities: u2022u2003Provide engineering oversight for critical HVAC systems including air handlers, chillers, exhaust systems, and associated building automation systems u2022u2003Lead system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and long term reliability improvements u2022u2003Support system redesigns and upgrades to meet evolving production and compliance needs u2022u2003Ensure HVAC systems operate in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, internal SOPs, and applicable environmental and safety regulations u2022u2003Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions by providing technical documentation and subject matter expertise u2022u2003Partner with Quality and Validation teams to support system qualification, change control, and deviation investigations u2022u2003Conduct root cause analysis for equipment and system failures u2022u2003Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies u2022u2003Perform condition assessments to proactively identify reliability risks and recommend corrective actions u2022u2003Provide technical leadership for capital projects, system upgrades, and facility expansions u2022u2003Review engineering designs, commissioning plans, and vendor submittals u2022u2003Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure projects meet performance and compliance expectations u2022u2003Partner closely with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, and Environmental Health and Safety teams u2022u2003Support operations with timely troubleshooting, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
