Hiring a Physician Assistant at a Fertility Clinic in Manhattan Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Physician Assistant to join our team. The role is perfect for new graduates with a strong work ethic or experienced providers specializing in fertility, OB/GYN, or womenu2019s health. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, with a strong bedside manner. Experience in fertility or womenu2019s health is a significant advantage. Responsibilities + Conduct follow-up visits after physician consultations. + Review patient results, labs, and treatment plans. + Perform minor procedures that do not require anesthesia. + Conduct ultrasounds. + Provide care for a mix of fertility and gynecology patients, averaging 20 patients per day. + Allocate weekly administrative time for labs, results, and virtual visits. + Deliver primarily in-person care with some virtual appointments. + Assist with IVF procedures and anesthesia-based care at the Madison Ave location. Essential Skills + Active NY NP or PA license. + Ability to work proactively and assist physicians without being prompted. + Strong bedside manner and patient communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in fertility or womenu2019s health is a strong plus. + Qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. + Knowledge in reproductive medicine and women's health. Work Environment The work schedule includes weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Mondays off. Flexibility is required for opening and closing shifts, although a set schedule will be provided upon starting. The role involves both in-person and virtual appointments, with IVF procedures and anesthesia-based care occurring at the Madison Ave location.
