Description Human Resources Generalist (2026-38) Overview The American Arbitration Association (AAA), the leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services, is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist supports employees and management across a wide range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on administering employee leave programs in a multi-state environment and managing complex employee relations matters. This position partners closely with leadership on performance management, workplace investigations, and policy interpretation across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring consistent application of employment laws and internal policies. The HR Generalist also supports full-cycle recruiting, delivers training initiatives, manages HR systems, and analyzes workforce data to inform recommendations to leadership. Work Environment This position is located at AAA Headquarters in Downtown Manhattan and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must reside within 125 miles of their work location. Compensation New York, NY: $99,000 u2013 $105,000 This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive targeting 10% of base pay.
