Overview The Supervisor, Search supporting e-commerce is responsible for building and maintaining an effective and productive relationship with the client. The Supervisor will supervise a dedicated team in the creation, optimization, and execution of clientu2019s e-commerce initiatives, particularly as they relate to the client's Amazon growth and acceleration strategy. The Manager must have a mastery of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings as well as Amazon Media Group (AMG) services such as on-site display advertising and AAP as well as adeptness with other major online marketplaces and related tools. Thisposition is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed e-commerce knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. They will assist the Associate Media Director and Director in driving strategic success within the team as well as helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives. Responsibilities u00b7 Act as an e-commerce subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders by staying ahead of e-commerce trends u00b7 Partner to build end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the clientto help Integrate ecommerce search into larger Retail Media plans and strategies to build end-to-end solutions u00b7 Collaborate with direct reports, colleagues, and peers across the organizationto provide insight and recommendations u00b7 Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adjusts thinking and actions should the realities of a situation shift u00b7 Drawing on previous experiences, uses a variety of approaches to identify client needs and exceeding their expectations u00b7 Understands the complex cause and effect patterns that may underlie issues and/or opportunities and thinks beyond the obvious u00b7 Identify patterns and trends that relate to a particular situation and uses that knowledge to come up with creative solutions u00b7 Provides performance reporting against client goalswith insights and optimization recommendations u00b7 Develop budget and performance projections for testing new partners or technology u00b7 Conduct monthly client billing audits u00b7 Partner with Associate Director to develop processes for improved work flow within Zenith and between agency partners and vendors u00b7 Maintain stellar relationships with the vendor partners to further advance Zenith as a preferred client partner u00b7 Manage and provide formal training to new team employees u00b7 Work to master, identify, and communicate trends in search and in client industries Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent u00b7 3+ years of media management experience with an emphasis on e-commerce search across partners such as Walmart, Kroger, Instacart and/or Amazon u00b7 3+ years experience utilizing e-Commerce software such as Pacvue, Skai or Profitero u00b7 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing ecommerce search buys u00b7 3+ years experience with setting up and building out campaigns u00b7 Experience in applying search to brand-building & direct response initiatives u00b7 Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills u00b7 Previous leadership/management experience is preferred u00b7 Excellent communication and organizational skills u00b7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Exceland PowerPoint as well as other equivalent programs and as appropriate specific industry tools and technology u00b7 A proven ability to multi-task and manage multipleprojects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-qualitywork within tight deadlines u00b7 Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solvingabilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $81,225 - $129,987. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
