Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Leader Req ID: 15350 HR Contact: Taylor J VALLEY Location: Remote Worker US ABOUT THE ROLE: The Isocyanurate Technology Leader will develop and improve the polyisocyanurate insulation board manufacturing process in the ISO facilities within Amrize. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: + Design, develop and implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes to improve product quality and efficiency. + Identify and resolve production issues related to the equipment and processes. + Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Maintain technical documentation and records of equipment, processes and improvements. + Research and maintain a library of equipment technology and suppliers. + Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel. + Participate on teams focused on quality and process improvement for the polyiso insulation board product lines. + Visit equipment suppliers to support new equipment construction or to investigate new equipment technologies. + Support the value streams for each business functionally to ensure good collaboration, effective resolution of issues and facilitate business initiatives as needed. + Other duties as assigned. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. + Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field or equivalent experience. + At least 12 years of directly related isocyanurate machinery experience. + Experience with capital project execution, installation & commissioning. + Strong written & verbal communication skills. + Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Be willing to travel as needed up to 50% to plant and vendor sites. + Visits may take place during plant shutdown periods. Preferred Qualifications: + Advanced engineering degree. + Iso forming machinery design experience. + Isocyanurate insulation board machinery experience. + Experience with Management of Change processes.
