This position is located in Park City, KS.Job SummaryPerforms a variety of professional and administrative duties thatfacilitate the operations of a function(s), program(s), and/ordepartment(s).Essential FunctionsSupports the programs and services provided by the department(s) byperforming varied or related processes which may include creating andmaintaining databases and websites, monitoring, facilitating, andenforcing compliance with established criteria, guidelines andstandards, etc. May coordinate, attend, prepare materials for and/ortake minutes at meetings and special events. May prepare or assist inthe preparation of budgets, grant applications, proposals, statusreports and/or financial statements. May identify and pursue ways toimprove the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative proceduresused by students, faculty, visitors and staff. May order and maintainsufficient inventory of supplies and equipment, as needed.
