Job Description

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Workday Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Workday system. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and continuous improvement of business processes. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Location: Brooklyn, NY Job duration: Direct-hire (100% remote) Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (must be able to work on Eastern Time) Salary: Up to $200,000/year - depending on your level of experience Key Responsibilities + Partner with HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of the Workday implementation + Assist implementation partners with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment + Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, managing system functionality and data integrity + Configure and support post-go-live features and enhancements + Manage system maintenance, including updates, user access, security roles, and issue resolution + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs + Provide end-user support, including training (in-person and virtual), troubleshooting, and process improvements + Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize system performance + Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures + Monitor Workday releases and manage adoption of new features and enhancements Qualifications + 3+ years of direct Workday experience strongly preferred + Strong understanding of Workday administration, configuration, and troubleshooting + Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail + Effective communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Bacheloru2019s degree or Workday certification preferred + Experience in healthcare or a service-oriented environment is a plus Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
