Job Skills / Requirements Hiring with anticipated start date of May 17th, 2026. Sunstates Security is hiring a Security Site Ambassador position for a tech site in the Downtown Bellevue area. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM. The pay rate for this position is $26.78/hr -paid weekly. Industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, premium holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more u2013 available for qualified candidates Security & Risk Management: + Oversee security operations by monitoring access control, visitor management, deliveries, and life-safety systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, electronic access). + Respond to and manage incidents by coordinating with GSOC, Facilities, and external emergency partners; investigating, documenting, and escalating issues as needed. + Uphold security policies and reporting standards with professionalism, approachability, and accurate daily activity documentation. Office Ambassador & Business Support: + Serve as a welcoming point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a professional and service-oriented presence. + Support office operations and events by coordinating with Facilities, assisting with logistics, escorts, and after-hours activities to ensure smooth and safe execution. + Provide flexible administrative and facilities support by assisting with non-security requests and other assigned duties as needed Key Attributes: + Versatile and solutions-oriented professional who balances security responsibilities with office and facilities support while staying calm and effective under pressure. + Credible, approachable presence that maintains authority in security matters and builds collaborative relationships. + Strong communicator and culture partner with effective written and verbal skills who aligns security operations with company values and employee experience. Requirements: + Valid WA state security license + Minimum 3+ years corporate security experience, supervisory, or lead experience preferred . + Strong knowledge of access control systems, visitor management platforms, and incident response protocols. + Experience in customer-facing or office-support roles (Facilities, Hospitality, or Events) highly valued. + Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and provide proactive feedback to management. + Advanced operational knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite) required. + Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leadership. + Current, valid CPR certification preferred A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
