From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of ourmanaged inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at theforefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branchlocated at 5790 Midwest Dr, Grand Chute, WI 54914. RESPONSIBILITIES: Theduties and responsibilities of this position include, but are notlimited to: o Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfillinventory at customer sites o Performing replenishment and generalmaintenance of vending equipment o Interacting with our customers whilemaking deliveries o Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites oPerforming other duties as needed to ensure branch success REQUIREDPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications arerequired for this position: o 18 years of age or older, due to thenature of work o Possess a current full valid driver's license issuedin the country where the job is located (including successful completionof any applicable graduated license program for your state or province)as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use acompany vehicle, as needed o Proficient written and oral communicationskills o Proficient computer skills o Learn and perform multiple tasksin a fast paced environment o Demonstrate strong organization, planningand prioritizing abilities o Highly motivated, self directed andcustomer service oriented o Demonstrate attention to detail and strongsense of urgency o Work independently as well as in a team environment oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity andteamwork o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs o Pass the required drug screen(applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS: o Previous customer service or industry related workexperience TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Our mission within Fastenal's Schoolof Business is to collaboratively maximize the potential of eachemployee by consistently providing efficient, effective, and engaginglearning opportunities to drive improved work performance.
