Now Hiring! Senior WelderLocation: Denver, CO 80219Schedule: 5:30AM - 2:00PM, M-FNOVA Automation is seeking a skilled, energetic, and reliable candidate to fill the position of Production Welder. The position is responsible for welding and bandsaw and other fabrication tools. The welder ensures the accurate and safe operation of their tools, performs basic maintenance and cleaning, and adheres to all safety and quality standards. Whats In It for You:Pay Range: $24.00 - 30.00 hourly, based on education & experienceHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee discountCompany paid time off + holidays Development, job growth, and internal training opportunitiesWhat Youll Do:Welding Job RequirementsProven experience performing GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminumDemonstrated ability to weld large equipment, heavy structural frames, and thick-gauge materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work instructionsExperience working to tight tolerances and maintaining dimensional accuracy on large assembliesProficient in setting up and operating MIG and TIG welding machines, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and wire feed speedExperience with multi-pass welds, fillet welds, groove welds, and full-penetration weldsAbility to operate fabrication equipment such as band saws, grinders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and overhead cranesKnowledge of proper joint preparation, beveling, fit-up, and clamping techniques for large assembliesAbility to perform welds in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)Experience with fixture setup and welding large components to minimize distortionAbility to inspect welds visually and with basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)Understanding of weld quality standards and ability to meet production and quality requirementsPerform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment and cleaning work area.Safely handle raw materials and finished parts using forklifts, hoists, or manual methods.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisorsReport missing material to supervisor for purpose to get material on order.To carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job.To work in other departments and locations as and when required.To be prepared to work outside normal working hours, including weekends sometimes at short notice.Performs other duties as needed to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission and abide by the values of the organization. Unloading material using a Forklift.What Youll Need:Ability to follow proper safety protocols. Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail.Good literacy & numeracy skills.Good communication skills.Good teamwork skills.Basic computer skills.Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Forklift operator experienceExperience with power tools and saws.  Education and Experience:  High school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum 5 years hands on experience with MIG and TIG welding large machinery and frames, more experience preferred.Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and measuring instruments.Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Familiarity with basic math and measurement conversions (inches to millimeters, fractions, decimals).Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Self-motivated and self-directed Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision. Experience working with or moving heavy metals a plus.   Physical Requirements:   Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 + lbs. repetitively.Must have good hand/eye coordination. Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
