Description Main Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and software being used at private practices u2022 Supports computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs. u2022 Properly image workstations and validate application functionality u2022 Deploy workstation setups and provide excellent cable management u2022 Assist/lead site deployments for end user hardware role outs u2022 Imaging machines and proving Windows 11 upgrades Skills: u2022 Excellent listening, questioning, and customer service skills u2022 Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned u2022 Ability to maintain composure, tact and effectiveness under stressful conditions u2022 Ability to organize information, efficiently manage time and balance multiple priorities u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly an ability to relay technical concepts to a business audience u2022 An understanding of applications running in a Citrix environment and VDI Ideally this person should have 2-4 years of overall experience This is an OVERNIGHT shift.
