Learn more at . Job Summary The Outbuildings Service Technician reports to the Facilities Assistant Director. Coordinates building services and system maintenance for a small group of buildings. This is a first shift 8am to 4:30pm M-F schedule. Responsibilities u2022 Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects alongside Facilities Project Coordinator u2022 Performs key role in the oversight of structural maintenance and building operations. u2022 Performs preventative maintenance program tasks as assigned u2022 Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems. u2022 Is responsible for the workflow of subcontractors involved in small to mid-size projects and renovations. u2022 Assists with coordinating office moves Qualifications u2022 Education: High School Diploma u2022 3+ years general maintenance experience in a commercial setting u2022 Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems u2022 Valid driveru2019s license u2022 Experience working with outside vendors u2022 Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision. u2022 Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills are crucial.
