Description We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in customer service and administrative support. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide accurate quotes and pricing in response to customer inquiries. u2022 Process and review customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate. u2022 Monitor orders throughout their lifecycle, from entry to shipping, and address any issues that arise. u2022 Check inventory levels with warehouses, mills, and external vendors to meet customer needs. u2022 Follow up on quotes with customers to secure business and maintain strong relationships. u2022 Collaborate with outside sales staff, keeping them informed of quotes, orders, and any problems. u2022 Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. u2022 Handle certifications and filing related to customer orders. u2022 Gather and coordinate information for new accounts, working closely with the Finance Manager. u2022 Enter mill orders and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. u2022 Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP software, such as Epic Software. u2022 Strong skills in data processing and handling billing or claim administration tasks. u2022 Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and provide excellent customer support. u2022 Experience in supporting sales teams and coordinating administrative functions. u2022 Detail-oriented with the ability to proofread and ensure accuracy in all work. u2022 Proficient in using computer programs to streamline operations and communication.
