Job Title: Night Bagger Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual for the position of Night Bagger. This role requires working a 12-hour shift from 4pm to 4am. The Night Bagger will be responsible for loading and filling 50-pound bags on a conveyor belt, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Responsibilities + Load and fill 50-pound bags on a conveyor belt. + Operate a forklift to move cheese from the production area to the warehouse cooler. + Run Beta Vac/bag sealer ensuring no leaks. + Weigh blocks and place label tickets on blocks and boxes. + Operate and validate metal detector. + Operate boxer and robot for tower operation. + Maintain operating records, including block counts. + Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance. + Master sanitation procedures as needed. + Follow all GMPs and work in compliance with corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. Essential Skills + Ability to lift and move 50-pound bags. + Proficiency in reading and understanding work orders in English. + Team player with experience in production and general labor. + Basic computer skills for documenting work orders. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment, including Lockout Tagout procedures. + Ability to perform work independently as required. + Experience in packaging, lifting, loading, stacking, and palletizing in a warehouse production environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
