What you’ll be doing as a Building Maintenance Technician · Managed and executed work orders across a 19-property local portfolio, ensuring high-quality repairs and tenant satisfaction for multi-unit student housing. · Performed comprehensive repairs including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, plumbing, boiler maintenance, and appliance diagnostics. · Streamlined the unit turnover process to meet tight deadlines while maintaining property standards; conducted daily morning grounds inspections to ensure curb appeal. · Participated in a 24/7 on-call rotation (one week per tech), providing rapid-response troubleshooting for urgent repairs and seasonal snow removal.
