These positions are at an established, highu2011tech manufacturing operation that produces advanced textile and composite materials used in aerospace, defense, and extremeu2011environment applications . The work here isnu2019t mass production - itu2019s precision manufacturing , done carefully, by hand and by machine, where quality matters as much as speed. What the work looks like: Depending on your strengths and training path, this role may involve a mix of: + Operating and supporting specialized weaving and fiberu2011processing equipment + Performing detailed handu2011weaving using carbon and technical fibers (3u2011 and 4u2011directional weaves) + Making and preparing needles, spools, and related tooling + Inspecting materials and finished work to exact specifications + Recording process and quality data accurately + Assisting with equipment setup, material handling, and changeovers + Following strict safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures The environment is climateu2011controlled , safetyu2011focused, and highly structured.
