Position Summary Colleagues in this role will serve as a strategic human resources business partner within a retail Division of approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. The HR Business partners will be responsible for developing and executing components of the people strategy for the Division. Incumbents will utilize human resources centers of excellence to advise, inform and execute the strategy. Colleagues in this role will also serve as an Human Resources point of contact for Regional Directors and assist these directors in the development of their store talent strategies. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
