You will bring deep carrier-side expertise to challenge conventional thinking, identify innovation opportunities, and help build the next generation of rating capabilities. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional who understands the complexities of rating ecosystems and thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and product leadership. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and client stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor both internally and externally. Your future duties and responsibilities: How you'll make an impact Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for CGIu2019s Ratabase solution Serve as the strategic advisor, incorporating carrier-side insights and competitive intelligence into product evolution Act as the domain authority on rating methodologies, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements Translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable product capabilities for development teams Partner with engineering and product teams to modernize and enhance rating platform architecture Enable client success by advising insurers on rating transformation and modernization strategies Represent CGI in executive-level client engagements, articulating the strategic value of Ratabase Establish thought leadership in the insurance pricing domain to strengthen CGIu2019s market position Required qualifications to be successful in this role: What you'll bring 12u201315+ years of experience within an insurance carrier focused on rating and pricing Deep expertise in rating engines, rate tables, pricing algorithms, and product configuration Strong understanding of upstream and downstream system integrations within insurance ecosystems Proven ability to translate business needs into product strategy and roadmap execution Experience working with major rating platforms such as Earnix, Guidewire, or Duck Creek Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical teams Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting insurance pricing and rating Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, business, and technology teams Desired qualifications Experience leading or contributing to a large-scale rating modernization or pricing transformation initiative Background in actuarial science, underwriting, or insurance product management Experience shaping go-to-market strategies for insurance technology solutions Established industry presence through thought leadership, publications, or speaking engagements Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $161,400.00 - $282,500.00.
