Description The Controller will oversee all accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP. This role manages month-end and year-end close processes, prepares financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and provides strategic financial guidance to leadership. The Controller supervises accounting staff and collaborates cross-functionally to support business goals. Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. + 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience. + Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. + Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems. + Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
