Description We are seeking a Cloud / AI Engineer to be responsible for designing, building, and deploying productionu2011ready AI agents that support enterprise workflows. This is a handsu2011on, executionu2011focused role that works with modern agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI to deliver secure, reliable, and wellu2011governed AI solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI u00b7 Develop agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory management, and multiu2011step task execution u00b7 Create and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent and predictable agent behavior u00b7 Implement Retrievalu2011Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositories u00b7 Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and APIs such as ServiceNow, internal platforms, and cloud services u00b7 Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environments u00b7 Implement security controls including identity management, authorization, and data access boundaries for AI agents u00b7 Monitor agent performance through logging, usage analysis, and quality metrics to improve reliability and effectiveness u00b7 Troubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and system integration issues u00b7 Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved AI agent use cases Requirements Qualifications: u00b7 5 or more years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud engineering u00b7 Handsu2011on experience building LLMu2011based applications or AI agents u00b7 Strong development skills in Python and or JavaScript / TypeScript u00b7 Experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP u00b7 Strong experience working with APIs, authentication mechanisms, and system integrations. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform extensions u00b7 Experience with AWS AI and ML services or Google Vertex AI u00b7 Familiarity with agent concepts such as tool calling, memory, and orchestration u00b7 Experience implementing Retrievalu2011Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures u00b7 Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion practices u00b7 Experience operating applications in enterprise or regulated environments u00b7 Strong debugging, documentation, and crossu2011team collaboration skills.
