Your main priorities are: + Providing accurate information about the communityu2019s amenities and services + Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community + Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested + Booking transportation for residents when requested + Providing top notch customer service for our residents + Helping to coordinate special events + Obtaining details regarding special requests from residents and communicating request to appropriate managers + Representing the Scully brand with your can-do, problem solving attitude when resident issues arise.
