You bring: + A high school diploma or GED. + 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus). + Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards. + Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members. + Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change. + Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts. + OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus, weu2019ll help you build your skills with ongoing safety training.
