This mission criticalrole involves working on a variety of technologies including, mediafiltration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX),de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF). KeyCharacteristics Conduct maintenance and calibration activities Consultwith customer management and operation teams Excellent mechanical knowhow and problem-solving skills Ensure contract compliance of volume andquality specifications Operate, monitor, and optimize equipmentperformance Duties & Responsibilities Carry out mechanical, electricaland controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, aircompressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailedtechnical summaries of work performed Maintain inventory of spare partsand adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor andmaintain chemical injection systems Perform analytical testing such as:turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition tovarious other site-specific testing requirements Review customer plantinstallations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs,electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.) Other duties asassignedQualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstratedability to work independently and remotely with project teams Providecustomers with informal training around operation and maintenance oftheir system Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma / GED/ Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2+ years'experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrialenvironment Valid Driver's License Preferred: Bachelor or AssociatesDegree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate inInstrumentation Working Conditions Ability to travel within the regionas neededAdditional Information Why Veolia?
