Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P and A/R)3. Assist with accurate inventory tracking and adjustments4. Process bi-weekly payroll5. Calculate and process monthly commissions6. Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations7. Maintain organized financial files, reports, and documentation8. Assist with annual benefits renewals9. Support our accountant with tax preparation and reporting needs10. Handle additional bookkeeping tasks as neededBookkeeper Requirements:1. 3+ years of bookkeeping experience2. Degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred3. 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Sage 100 preferred4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required5.
