Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial analysis and modeling, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct detailed analyses of financial results to identify trends and explain variances compared to prior periods, budgets, and forecasts. u2022 Contribute to the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including assessments of working capital requirements. u2022 Compile and present consolidated reports on actual financial performance, budgets, and forecasts. u2022 Assist in preparing monthly operations review materials, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting. u2022 Validate cost-saving initiatives within the value creation plan to ensure their alignment with financial goals. u2022 Create and manage compliance documentation related to federal grant requirements. u2022 Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders across enabling functions. u2022 Participate in month-end close processes, including reclassification of expenses and other adjustments. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in financial analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. u2022 Expertise in financial modeling techniques to support forecasting and strategic planning. u2022 Strong skills in variance analysis, identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions. u2022 Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs. u2022 Familiarity with data mining techniques to extract and analyze relevant information. u2022 Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders. u2022 Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
