This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Assist industrial painters with daily tasks and project setup Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials Move materials, equipment, and products throughout the shop Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support paint prep and post-project cleanup Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications: Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced painters Comfortable working in a shop/industrial environment Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunities: This role offers a clear path for advancement.
