Job Description

THE JOB We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Latin America. This person, under guidance of the VP, Marketing & Event Sponsorship, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation Latin America’s marketing efforts, including artist and audience research, coordination and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, event marketing recap reports, and more.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOSupport the day-to-day management of marketing for international toursWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Touring and local teams across Latin America, to coordinate and track tour details, including on-sale timing, marketing instructions, press guidelines, etc.Develop detailed marketing briefs for international promoters and marketing teamsTrack and analyze marketing budgets and performance on multiple projectsAssist with the creation of presentations and artist pitches when neededCollate all tour marketing assets to review and submit to external stakeholdersPerform social listening and monitor press across Latin America to compile announcement recap reportsCoordinate pre-show/day of show press with Artist teamsLearn the appropriate tools to assist in the maintenance of the Live Nation Latin America websiteAbility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)Assist in additional duties as neededWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGA bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is requiredMinimum 2-4 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in a related field such as music, entertainment, or mediaExceptional written and verbal communication skills - Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent collaboration skills - ability to work well in a team environment and navigate various internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasksAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve independentlySocial media/digital marketing knowledge of organic content and paid campaignsStrong Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA)YOURSELF: Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal daysWEALTH: 401(k) program with company match, stock reimbursement programFAMILY: New parent programs including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, plus fertility, adoption, foster, or surrogacy supportCAREER: Career and skill development programs with School of Live, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repaymentOTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding match
