Equipment Operators are responsible for safely operating machinery to move materials, load/unload shipments, support construction or warehouse operations, and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments.Typical ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck), skid steers, and other heavy equipment.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containersMove materials within the warehouse, yard, or construction sitesPerform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance checks, and basic repairsFollow safety protocols, able to wear PPEs like a hard hat, safety glasses, etc Maintain accurate inventory or load documentation as requiredAssist with general labor tasks when needed, such as cleaning up, preparing sites, and keeping the work area free of hazards Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or heavy equipment preferred (required)Valid forklift certification/ heavy equipment operator certificate is a plus (may be required for certain roles)Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, prolonged standing and sitting, push, pull, kneel, bend, and climbAdaptability to a strenuous work environment (outdoors, exposed to noise, etc.) Strong attention to safety and detail Must have steel-toed bootsReliable transportation and attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong Hand-Eye-Foot coordination Schedules may vary and can include any shift depending on client needs.If you are a dependable equipment operator seeking new opportunities in warehouse, construction, distribution, or industrial environments, we encourage you to submit your application for general consideration.Apply today to be considered for upcoming forklift operator, skid steer operator, heavy equipment operator, and material handler roles.
