This position supports multiple facilities and requires someone who is dependable, skilled, and ready to respond when needed.Key responsibilities include:Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on buildings and groundsComplete repairs involving plumbing, drywall, painting, and general mechanical workMaintain outdoor areas, including basic lawn careIdentify maintenance needs and recommend solutionsObtain bids and help coordinate external contractors for larger repair projectsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of maintenance or skilled trade experienceValid driver’s license (required for this mobile role)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us?We believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of others.
