If you enjoy coaching employees, crushing goals and the pursuit of industry domination in a fast paced, technology focused, fulfillment operation then this is the job for bound Management Responsibilities:Supervise, train and lead a team of fulfillment personnelManage all aspects of Comoto's NJ Inbound fulfillment operation, ensuring inbound product is received and put away in a timely manner. Oversee the Inbound receiving and putaway process along with proactive storage planning and maintenance. Intimately understand the business rules, software and vendor relationships related to Comoto's fulfillment operation and proprietary fulfillment platform Day-to-day oversight of the fulfillment team; including hands-on training, coaching, planning, and performance reviewsWork with the on site Planning Manager to develop a staffing plan and adjust accordingly to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaksManage seasonal fluctuations in inventory levels (types of inventory being stocked, and quantities) to ensure that warehouse storage is optimizedComplete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on time performance and productivityCoordinate with peers to ensure a successful supply chain processCommunicates necessary business information to department through weekly team meetings and 1:1’sOutbound Management Responsibilities:Supervise, train and lead a team of fulfillment personnelManage all aspects of Comoto's NJ Outbound fulfillment operation, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, quickly and efficiently. Always exceeding customer expectationsOverseeing the Business to Consumer(B2C) and the Business to Business (B2B) processesSupport Comoto Store operations to 140+ brick and mortar stores across J&P Cycles, RevZilla, and Cycle Gear stores. Intimately understand the business rules, software and vendor relationships related to Comoto's fulfillment operation and proprietary fulfillment platform Day-to-day oversight of the fulfillment team; including hands-on training, coaching, planning, and performance reviewsWork with the on site Planning Manager to develop a staffing plan and adjust accordingly to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaksManage warehouse shipping supplies, ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained and costs are minimizedComplete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on time performance and productivityCoordinate with peers to ensure a successful supply chain processCommunicates necessary business information to department through weekly team meetings and 1:1’sQualificationsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years management experience in a Fulfillment operation or similar distribution experience. Inbound or Outbound experience is strongly preferred. Direct and Indirect management of around 50 employees, including managing multiple supervisors across different shifts.Ability to work outside of normal business hours including nights and weekends. On call as escalation point for your team outside of normal business hoursAverage 50-55 hours per week in and out of season as business requires. Exceptional people & communication skills.
