Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs an Account Manager I, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships within DLT, a TD SYNNEX company. This role is ideal for early‑career sales professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in technology sales and account management.You will manage assigned client accounts, support business development initiatives, and collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver meaningful solutions. Key responsibilities include:Build, manage, and grow relationships with assigned clients, customers, and partner organizationsEducate clients and partners on DLT’s core value-added services and technology solutionsConduct basic market and account research to identify new sales opportunitiesProspect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email, and follow-up activitiesSupport lead generation efforts and participate in sales and marketing campaignsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM systemManage and forecast a pipeline of opportunities to support revenue and retention goalsExecute monthly sales activity reporting, including sales plays and pipeline updatesCollaborate with internal teams and partners on joint business plans and growth strategiesResolve client and customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experienceManage agreements, pricing, and credit terms in alignment with company policiesSupport client success initiatives to drive long-term engagement and repeat businessParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional developmentPerform additional job-related duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for motivated, curious, and customer-focused professionals who are excited to grow their careers in sales and account management.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work or military experience1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, general business, or team leadershipStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsSelf-starter with a proactive learning mindsetStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentTeam-oriented professional who collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional partnersCommitment to continuous personal development and business improvementWhy TD SYNNEX & DLTTD SYNNEX is a global technology distributor and solutions aggregator that helps partners accelerate innovation and growth.
