Job Description Job Description The primary responsibility of an Order Selector is to accurately organize product on pallets to meet company standards. You will need to safely operate a Hi-Lo/forklift in order to properly load completed orders either onto the trucks or store throughout the warehouse. This is a physically demanding position that also requires working in both extreme hot and cold environments. Job Qualifications High School or GED required Valid Driver's license required Previous experience operating a hi-lo, certification a plus Previous experience in an industrial setting preferred Ability to lift up to 65 pounds repetitively, 2000 cases per day Basic reading comprehension and mathematical skills Must be dependable, punctual, and be able to demonstrate good work habits Mental and physical ability to handle large quantities of product Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary Must be able to work in a hot and humid work environment
