Job Description Shift/Hours: 5am-5pm (Monday-Saturday) We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely movement of materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a small team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse logistics and team leadership. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for correct quantity, quality, and documentation - Ensure proper labeling, packaging, staging, and storage of materials and products - Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits - Coordinate with internal teams including Production and Purchasing, as well as external carriers and vendors - Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies - Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for process improvement - Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed - Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Shipping & Receiving Operators We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
