You will work alongside our managed services development partner and internal platform team to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem operates reliably, scales with the organization, and delivers real value to the departments that depend on it.This role is designed for someone who has deep Salesforce/NPC experience and meaningful Marketing Cloud familiarity. document issues and solutions in our internal ticketing system Manage and maintain sandbox environments; own the release and change management process in coordination with the Technical Projects Manager and QA EngineerMonitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and engage managed services and internal leadership as appropriateSupport data imports, exports, and maintenance operations using Data Loader and other tools;
