The Bath Authority - Service & Warranty TechnicianThe Service & Warranty Technician is responsible for handling post-installation service calls, warranty repairs, and customer satisfaction follow-ups for completed bathroom remodeling projects. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing corrective repairs, and ensuring all finished work meets company quality standards.This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent craftsmanship, and a professional customer service approach.this is a full-time W2 role; however, we are open to considering 1099 contractors as wellInstall, repair, and maintain bathroom fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, showers, and vanitiesRespond to warranty and service requests for completed bathroom remodelsDiagnose issues related to plumbing fixtures, caulking, cabinetry, and finish workRepair or replace damaged or defective materials and fixturesAdjust doors, drawers, hardware, and installed accessoriesComplete punch-list items from final walkthroughsMaintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working conditionsDocument service calls, materials used, and resolution detailsMaintain a clean and professional appearance on job sitesCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeownersProtect company reputation through high-quality workmanship2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling or residential constructionStrong knowledge of plumbing fixtures and bathroom systemsSkilled in finish carpentry and minor drywall repairKnowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety proceduresAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spacesAbility to diagnose problems independently and recommend solutionsStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift up to 150 lbsFrequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spacesProblem-solving mindsetAttention to detailProfessionalism in occupied homesTime management and organizationAccountability and follow-throughPreferred Qualifactions:Experience handling warranty service in a remodeling environmentFamiliarity with manufacturer installation standardsthis is a full-time W2 role; however, we are open to considering 1099 contractors as well#INDHPAO
