Within the Team, this position will support the staff who perform maintenance on vertical structures and residential facilities; by establishing an online work order system; plan and schedule work orders related to preventive and corrective maintenance to internal and external workforces; develop job plans and scope of work and provide maintenance reports via the Maximo system.This is the journey level position performing Planner/Scheduler job duties supporting maintenance, operations, and construction for Desert housing and recreation. This position will create and manage resident requests, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Work with internal and external resources to complete assigned tasks.What You'll DoWorking closely withtheOperations and Maintenance Managers, the Planner Scheduleris responsible forthe planning and scheduling of all maintenance work and projects performed in theDesert Housing Management team. Provides coordination between the operations and maintenance organizations;maintainsappropriate recordsand files of completed and on-going maintenance work and projects. Interfaceson a daily basiswith the maintenance managersand employees during the planning and scheduling of activities.
