You will work under the supervision of a physician, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and facility policies. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing patient data and documenting symptoms, reactions, and changes in conditionUtilizing the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate care plansAdministering medications safely and effectivelyProviding patient and family education tailored to individual needsAssisting the Operating Practitioner and CRNAParticipating in sterilization, stocking, and case set-upPreparing and cleaning rooms, instruments, and suppliesRotating call coverage and performing circulating and scrub nurse dutiesAssisting in Sterile Processing and endoscopyMaintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staffOrganizing and prioritizing daily assignments for optimal patient careAdhering to infection control policies and safety protocolsMaintaining professional development through required certifications and educationPromoting effective communication within the departmentParticipating in OR Nursing Quality AssuranceUpholding patient and employee confidentiality Requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree (BSN), Associate's degree (ADN), or diploma from an accredited school of nursingCurrent Registered Nurse license in the State of NebraskaCurrent BLS/CPR and ACLS certificationsNeed 1 year experience in settingApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
