Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This permanent, onsite role requires a detail-oriented individual with at least five years of civil litigation experience, strong legal acumen, and a dedication to delivering excellent client service. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage a diverse range of civil litigation cases from the initial filing to trial and appeals. u2022 Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and handle depositions and pre-trial proceedings. u2022 Provide clients with sound legal advice on litigation strategies and potential risks. u2022 Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to ensure high-quality case outcomes. u2022 Effectively oversee multiple cases while adhering to deadlines and court procedures. u2022 Stay informed on changes in legal regulations and leverage technology to enhance legal processes. u2022 Exhibit strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills in all aspects of case management. Requirements u2022 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. u2022 Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar. u2022 A minimum of five years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting. u2022 Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of civil litigation cases independently. u2022 Proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. u2022 Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills, including adaptability, collaboration, and attention to detail.
