Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. This is an on-site position that offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. u2022 Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities. u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including entries in the general ledger. u2022 Generate basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, to support decision-making. u2022 Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation records. u2022 Prepare rental agreements and coordinate equipment deliveries and returns. u2022 Ensure compliance with tax regulations by processing timely payments to government agencies. u2022 Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed. Requirements u2022 Prior experience with accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable. u2022 Proficiency in using accounting software, with experience in QuickBooks being advantageous. u2022 Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. u2022 Familiarity with Sage Business Works is a plus but not required. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. u2022 Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to work. u2022 Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
