Description We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will work closely with mass retail accounts to drive sales growth, manage relationships, and support key merchandising initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to the success of high-profile retail partnerships. This is full time with the exception of 9-3 on Fridays Responsibilities: u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with mass retail accounts, including big-box retailers and regional chains. u2022 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and maximize account performance. u2022 Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and address potential risks. u2022 Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional and merchandising strategies. u2022 Coordinate pricing, promotions, and replenishment plans with retail partners to optimize sales. u2022 Support the launch of new products, seasonal programs, and other retail initiatives. u2022 Monitor retail performance metrics such as sell-through rates, margins, and forecast accuracy to drive improvements. u2022 Resolve customer issues, manage order discrepancies, and address service-related concerns in a timely manner. u2022 Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and updates to leadership. u2022 Complete vendor and item onboarding forms and manage action items for leadership as needed. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. u2022 2u20135 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or retail sales. u2022 Familiarity with mass retailers such as Home Depot, Loweu2019s, Walmart, or Tractor Supply is highly preferred. u2022 Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends effectively. u2022 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u2022 Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience in outdoor power equipment, tools, or durable consumer goods is a plus.
