Job Summary - The Maintenance Support Technician is responsible for all site preventive and corrective maintenance processes. The individual will have strong previous background in industrial maintenance, to include both electrical and mechanical skills. The individual must report all work using the current CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management system and verbally communicate findings to the supervisors, managers, and to fellow team members. The individual is responsible to follow-up with work order generation, parts identification, and resolution in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to ensure all findings are action planned and repaired and report all parts usage using sign out processes currently available. Job Title: Maintenance Support Technician Location: Wanamingo, MN Pay Range: $31.50 (+$1.25 shift differential) / Hourly Shifts Available: Sun-Thurs 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Essential Duties/Responsibilities u2013 u2022 Follow and exemplify all safety and food safety rules, processes, policies and procedures. u2022 Demonstrate Reckitt values u2022 Perform all Preventive Maintenance tasks u2022 Troubleshoot and repair all equipment in the facility, to include but not limited to conveyors, fillers, labelers, can seamers, end cappers, automatic case packers, automatic palletizers, shrink wrappers, stretch wrappers, and printers. u2022 Troubleshoot and repair HVAC Systems and equipment u2022 Troubleshoot and repair PIVu2019s (Powered industrial vehicles) Troubleshoot and repair 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems, 208/230, 240, and 120 volts AC equipment u2022 Automated system troubleshooting u2022 Tig and Mig Welding (Sanitary welding experience is a plus) All other hot works to include OxyAce Cutting u2022 Machining (Lathe and End Mill) u2022 Fabricating u2022 New Equipment Installation (Equipment setting and electrical hook-up) u2022 Operate PIVu2019s to include but not limited to Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Articulating Lifts u2022 Use common hand tools and power tools u2022 Record all work activities using the current CMMS u2013 SAP. This includes completed work, work input on new work, work order creation, and parts checkout u2022 Follow daily work schedule. Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager if work is not completed. u2022 Work holidays and weekends as required to support site maintenance shutdowns u2022 Learn new job-related skills as required. This includes all trainings on new equipment. u2022 Perform maintenance shop clean up and organizing tasks. u2022 Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a u201ccan-dou201d approach to problem solving. Qualifications u2013 u2022 Have a two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology and have a minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance to include electrical and mechanical experience; Or have 5 years combination of maintenance education and experience. u2022 Be a collaborative leader. strong team player, with solid interpersonal skills. u2022 Be a self-starter, able to work effectively with minimal supervision, with good organizational and planning skills.
