Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will handle essential accounting tasks, ensure accurate payment processing, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. If you are interested in this role, please contact Melissa at 808.452.0254 Responsibilities: u2022 Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements to ensure accuracy. u2022 Schedule, prepare, and monitor outgoing payments while adhering to deadlines. u2022 Maintain detailed and organized records of accounts payable transactions. u2022 Address inquiries from vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues. u2022 Organize and file financial documentation both digitally and physically. u2022 Manage office administration tasks, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and document handling. u2022 Assist with onboarding new employees and addressing general office needs. u2022 Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors. u2022 Perform additional administrative duties as required. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support. u2022 Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. u2022 Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. u2022 Familiarity with Sage 100 or similar accounting software is preferred. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. u2022 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
