Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing financial records, performing bank reconciliations, and handling accounts payable and receivable processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with external accountants. Responsibilities: u2022 Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently into the accounting system. u2022 Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections. u2022 Reconcile bank accounts, including three separate accounts, to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Prepare and issue invoices to clients while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. u2022 Process vendor payments and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions. u2022 Collaborate with an external accountant to support financial reporting and compliance. u2022 Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to support financial decision-making. u2022 Maintain organized and secure financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
