Description Experience Owner II (Digital Asset Product & Platform) Role Overview The Experience Owner u2013 Digital Assets & Tokenized Payments plays a hands u2011 on role in building and commercializing Citizensu2019 digital asset, stablecoin, and tokenization capabilities across Commercial Banking and Wholesale Payments. Reporting to the SVP, Digital Asset Delivery Lead, this role owns day u2011 to u2011 day product executionu2014translating emerging digital asset use cases into secure, scalable, bank u2011 grade solutions. Working at the intersection of on u2011 chain technologies and core banking platforms, youu2019ll partner closely with engineering, risk, operations, and commercial teams to take ideas from concept through production in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a delivery u2011 oriented product leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new capabilities. What Youu2019ll Do + Own product delivery for digital asset and tokenization initiatives from pilot through production readiness + Translate use cases (tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, on u2011 chain payments, programmable money) into clear epics, stories, and outcomes + Serve as product owner for assigned workstreams, leading backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and releases + Partner closely with engineering teams building APIs, smart contracts, and core ledger integrations + Coordinate across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to embed governance and controls early + Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade u2011 offs to maintain delivery momentum and quality + Ensure solutions meet security, resiliency, compliance, and operational standards + Contribute to the evolution of Citizensu2019 digital asset operating model and scalable delivery patterns What You Bring Required + 5+ years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery within financial services, fintech, or payments + Experience working with or alongside digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, or emerging payments technologies + Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including managing backlogs and delivering through two u2011 week sprints + Proven ability to write high u2011 quality user stories and collaborate across engineering, business, and control teams + Comfort operating in fast u2011 moving, evolving environments + Bacheloru2019s degree required; advanced degree a plus Preferred + Experience in regulated banking, payments, treasury services, or capital markets + Familiarity with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or programmable payments + Experience integrating new platforms with core banking systems or payment rails + CSPO or similar agile certification Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Locations: + Candidates must be prepared to work on-site in our corporate office location in New York City (437 Madison Ave) or Stamford, CT. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
