Our client is looking for a Creative Partnerships Manager to join their team on 5 month contract with the potential to extend. This person will work 40 hours a week, on a flexible, hybrid schedule in New York, NY. As the sales partner, our client is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Creative Partnerships Manager (Contractor) to join the Media team with our client. In this role, you will drive development and orchestration of multi-platform partnerships across linear, digital and social platforms connecting clients to the powerful programming across various well known entertainment this role, you will be a strategic partner across ad sales, including planning, creative, operations, and strategic content teams, helping to manage RFP requests, sponsorship deliverables, support client-facing materials, and ensure seamless execution of advertising programs across media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, collaborative and solutions-oriented, and experience working in a fast-paced media, advertising, or marketing environment.Client & Sales Support Responsibilities: -Collaborate with Sales and other marketing team member on rfp responses and proactive pitches by synthesizing client needs and deliver marketing opportunities that are scalable, innovative and on-brand for the Media networks.-Assist in developing materials for client presentations, sales pitches, and go-to-market sponsorship concepts.-Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Planning, Operations, Network teams) to gather deliverables and updates for client communication.-Function in a client-facing capacity, with the ability to quickly step into external meetings and pitch thoughtful, compelling ideas to clients.Project & Campaign Management-Oversee timelines and deliverables for Media sponsorshipsincluding linear activations, digital executions, social and custom creative.-Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met.-Track progress of creative assets, approvals, scripts, graphics, and production needs.-Effectively work across multiple cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities to keep initiatives moving forward.- Partner closely with network teams (News, Entertainment, Sports) to align on revenue generating opportunities.-Collaborate with Ad Sales Planning and Inventory to confirm pricing, availability, and flight details.Data, Reporting & Internal Tools-Update and internal tracking systems with sponsorship details, stages, and campaign progress.-Support creation of recap materials and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.-Track category trends, show integration, and available opportunities.-Help streamline workflows to improve communication between sales and creative teams.-Ensure all materials (decks, briefs, one-sheets) are organized and up to date.-Maintain best practices and process documentation for the department.Qualifications-3-5 years of experience in advertising, media sales, marketing, or related fields.=Strong understanding of media terminology (linear, digital, sponsorships, integrations, impressions, etc.).-Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.-Strong communication and presentation skills able to work across multiple internal teams.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.-Detail oriented with strong problem-solving this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
