Shift: 6:45 PM-7:00 AM Hourly Rate: $23.50 an hour + $2.00 shift differential Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you will support safe, efficient, and highu2011quality production by following standard operating procedures, communicating risks, rotating through line positions, and upholding Conagra Brandsu2019 safety and quality standards. This role primarily supports our Pizza Bagel Packaging department, with flexibility to assist other lines and departments as needed. A Taste of Your Responsibilities + Advocate for and follow Conagrau2019s safety and quality programs at all times. + Communicate line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or product quality promptly to leads or supervisors. + Perform a variety of production tasks, including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, assembling, and packaging products. + Operate production equipment and machines, performing basic adjustments and maintenance as trained. + Rotate between multiple positions within the production team to support line efficiency and workflow. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA requirements. Ingredients Required for Your Success + High school diploma or GED preferred + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for up to 12 hours in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in written and verbal English or Spanish. + Machine operator experience preferred + Comfortable working in a fastu2011paced production environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: + Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. + Performing consistent repetitive tasks. + Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
