Youu2019ll be: + Serving as the main liaison and concierge for patients, healthcare offices, and internal field teams, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the treatment process + Organizing and coordinating shipment logistics using pharmacy software and web-based portals to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries of vital therapies + Reaching out proactively to patients for initial and refill communications, providing updates, education, and compassionate assistance + Enrolling patients in product return programs and ensuring complete, compliant documentation + Maintaining detailed electronic records of all interactions and activities in accordance with program guidelines and compliance regulations + Addressing and resolving patient and healthcare provider inquiries about referrals, deliveries, and services, escalating concerns as needed while collaborating internally + Upholding the highest standards for privacy, compliance, and issue reporting to protect patient safety and organizational integrity This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Have a high school diploma (required); Bacheloru2019s degree is a plus + Bring at least 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment, with a strong knowledge of shipping processes and patient service + Possess at least 4 yearsu2019 experience in case management or a call center role, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs + Excel at both verbal and written communications, with a history of providing patient-centered support and building positive relationships with patients, medical professionals, and team members + Are skilled with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and have solid documentation and organizational abilities + Are fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) u2013 this is preferred but not required What happens next Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
