What You'll Do Coordinate building operations, including inspections, maintenance, and vendor management Respond to emergency maintenance issues quickly and efficiently Ensure health, safety, and security compliance, including visitor access management Support office operations such as supplies, equipment, and inventory management Act as a first point of contact for onsite HR support in partnership with HRBP Maintain accurate records, files, and building expense tracking Support engineering and design teams with project documentation, trackers, and compliance records Assist with procurement coordination, purchase orders, and invoice processing What You Bring Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience working with or learning project management tools, SharePoint, CAD viewers, or ERP systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast?paced environment Why Join Us You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your organizational skills truly make an impact supporting innovation, people, and operations under one roof.
