About the role As a Lead Data Engineer you will make an impact by driving endu2011tou2011end data quality, data governance, and master data management (MDM) initiatives using the Ataccama, Collibra platform. You will be a valued member of the AIA team and work collaboratively with manager, co workers and clients. In this role, you will: u00b7 Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Ataccama (DQ, MDM, RDM, Data Catalog, Data Profiling). u00b7 Build and optimize data quality rules, workflows, match/merge logic, and validation frameworks . u00b7 Configure and maintain Ataccama pipelines , metadata models, and integration components. u00b7 Implement data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and monitoring processes. u00b7 Integrate Ataccama with enterprise systems such as: + Snowflake + Cloud platforms (AWS) + ETL/ELT pipelines + APIs and messaging systems u00b7 Work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless data ingestion and processing. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 27, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000- $115,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
